Long Term Care

At Fairmont, we provide long term care for those in need of supervision, assistance, or even more daily stimulation. We have a caring staff, capable doctors, and a safe, secure, and welcoming facility. We also provide a menu of different kinds of therapy, up to seven days a week, to help maintain skills.

• Monthly outings to neighborhood and special events

In addition, our Active Rehabilitation Department is busy seven days a week creating activities that inspire mobility, independence, and self confidence. Our certified rehabilitation staff works with residents and families to encourage skill maintenance and rehabilitation.
